Earth and Space does not proceed with a project until all licenses, documentation, regulations, registrations, and HAS requirements are identified and fulfilled. Earth and Space supports development at or within harsh and hazardous environments when all required NASA, OSHA, EPA, state, local, and site regulated HAS certification, training, and calibrated, properly functioning, appropriate apparatus are provided by, verified appropriate by, and met by the customer among other site considerations. The shared cost is negotiable; compliance isn't.
