* E&S capabilities vary considerably; growing in capability for worthwhile aerospace, energy, and other developments is a continuous E&S goal. E&S may accept business requests for E&S service at well below E&S potential market value return should the additional capability gained be deemed worth while. This basic service may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason. The one week gap between periods is set, sometimes dynamically, to coincide with professional activities. E&S personnel are not to be assigned to operate any vehicle that requires any CDL license. A safety sticker on a modified vehicle is a step toward but insufficient proof of roadworthiness. E&S personnel are not to be assigned a vehicle that would not genuinely pass state inspection. E&S is pleased to serve those served to date; these statements are provided as a matter of notice for consideration of all potential clients before they request E&S service.
Earth and Space keeps independent track of assistance time, however, any business being assisted may prefer use of a timeclock as a method of keeping track of onsite assisted time for any reason. Earth and Space may utilize the latter when this is available for onsite assistance timekeeping; utilization of this method by Earth and Space of keeping track of onsite assistance time constitutes no other meaning, expressed or implied.

BASIC SERVICE (2020): Basic partial voluntary (50% min rate discount) afternoon support of simple niche biz of interest.
Monday - Friday: Noon - 6:00 pm at Basic Base Rate (if less than $38/hr, (38-rate/38)*60 = min voluntary portion (mvp) in minutes/hr)
One Saturday/month: Noon - 4:00 pm at Basic Base Rate x 1.5 (Earlier can usually be pre-arranged if necessary. mvp=(57-rate/57)*60
Sunday via early request: Noon - 4:00 pm at Basic Base Rate x 2.0 (Time permitting; normally closed on Sunday). mvp=(76-rate/76)*60
Example: $38/hr is min rate. 1 hour weekday assistance at $19/hr = $19 in time voluntary = 30 min voluntary service during that hour (50% voluntary).
Times may vary to facilitate circumstances when practical. E&S or client may reduce or eliminate days or times at any time. Note: No charge to non-profits.
Four 12-week service periods (48 weeks) per calendar year with a 1-week non-service gap between periods (not always required). Each periods' last week sometimes 5 to 7 days. Basic service availability is flexible within the Basic** time block schedule shown; E&S or client may cancel Basic service at any time.

The Six plus Year Basic Service Program provided Earth and Space skillsets at a fraction of normal and customary cost to small business upstart and sustainability endeavors of interest - whether or not those skills were tapped.
